The average household spends about $2,200 for energy every year. By using appliances and other products that have earned the ENERGY STAR, you can significantly lower your annual energy costs.
Delmarva is dedicated to helping our customers save money, conserve energy and protect our environment. That’s why we’re offering rebates on select ENERGY STAR qualified appliances, so you’ll save money up front and enjoy lower energy bills for years to come.
Rebate eligibility guidelines:
- Rebates are available to Delmarva Maryland customers.
- Application must include account number.
- Qualifying appliances may be purchased at any retail store beginning Sept. 15, 2009.
- Rebate application must include original sales receipt.
- Rebate application must be received within 60 days of purchase.
$50 Refrigerator Rebate
Receive a $50 rebate for purchasing an ENERGY STAR qualified refrigerator that can reduce your annual utility costs by up to $200. * Limit 1 rebate per customer.
$25 Room A/C Rebate
ENERGY STAR qualified room air conditioners use at least 10 percent less energy than conventional models.* Receive a $25 rebate for purchasing an ENERGY STAR unit. Limit 5 rebates per customer.
$20 Water Heater Rebate
Purchase an electric water heater with an Energy Factor (EF) of 0.93 or greater and receive a $20 rebate. Electric water heaters are not ENERGY STAR qualified. However, energy efficient electric water heaters can reduce your costs to heat water. * This offer is for the most efficient models that start at EF 0.93. Limit 1 rebate per customer.
